with many great cake and cupcake recipes btw. For any of you
brave enough to try this at home, especially in this scorching heat, I think

Vanessa, that recipe sounds delicious! Love it! I'll have to give them a try... now how about some helpful hints on the "How to Frost" side of making cupcakes. Last time I tried with Pumpkin Spice Cupcakes, (I was using a cream cheese frosting) I ended up wearing nearly as much frosting as the cupcakes.
